What is the best way to lose weight in my thighs?

I feel that my thighs are pretty fat and I’m in the process to lose the weight there. What is the best way?
I have been exercising, but what are good exercises to trim the fat? Like which ones are better and which ones lead to trimming the fat faster.

    Probably exercising them…especially through weight training or free weights and walking. Do the weight/cardio switch-er-roo. Eat better, too. No fats or high sugary carbs. I’ve been told by my friends who were exercise/fitness/sports training majors that you can’t just target one area of the body to lose weight from. If you start working out, it will shed from all over your body. You can, however, tone your legs more than other parts by the aforementioned advice. 🙂 Good luck! I have the same problem…except I’m just lazy. 🙂
