What is the best way to get rid of my belly fat? if im running and eating healthy?

Like does sit ups burn that fat? or just strengthen ur abs keeping the fat there? I work out, i run and i eat healthy just have a lil belly from being lazy for lil while. So im just looking for the best thing to target that fat and get rid of it.

    eat 5-6 small meals a day rather than 3 large ones. Your metabolisim is like a campfire. If you slowly but often put little amounts of wood on it, it will continue to burn. However if you smother it with a large amount it will go out and not work properly.

    one thing that could help is a natural suppliment called chromium picolinate. I’v had noticable results from the stuff.
    plus age and genetics have a huge role in how you metablilize fats. dont stop what your doing, thats the best plan for sure.

    unfortunately you can’t spot reduce problem areas. The best way to lost fat in general is cardio combined with a healthy diet. Once you lose fat that way, any muscle gained from sit ups or weight training will be more obvious.
