What is the best way to loss belly fat and shrink thighs?

im over weight (5’4 and 168lbs) and i was wondering what are some of the best ways that target belly fat and that shrink thighs without making my breats too small. :/ i understand that i am probably going to make them alittle smaller because they are all fat, i was just wondering.. thanks

    crunches for the tummy and try any kind of cardio for you thighs, and just all around, biking is more fun then the other options.

    Step1
    Eat the right kind of carbohydrates. This includes whole grains, fruits and vegetables and excludes processed sugars.

    Step2
    Follow a well-balanced diet. Include all the food groups, focus on natural products and stay away from processed food as much as possible.
