What is the best way for a female to lose belly fat?

I want to lose my gross, jiggly belly fat, and want to have a more flat, toned tummy by the time summer comes around. I have heard quite a few controversies on just doing crunches.

Also, I have a little fat around the torso area, right under my chest. It is not that much, but I was wondering if there was any good way to get rid of that as well.

the simple answer is burn more calories than you eat. to do that jogging and sprinting work real well. look at pro sprinters and long distance runners . do some toning exercises to raise metabolism. eat 6 small meals a day it also does that. be conscious of how your body reacts to foods you eat . some foods make me bloat up . for motivation check the body for life website and watch the testimonials

My belly was flabby and nasty, and I’ll admit I was one of those misinformed people who thought I could do crunches all day an get abs.

It wasn’t until I changed my diet, and got on a fat burning workout routine was when I got results.

I found a good site with great diet and workout tips to flatten your stomach. It helped me by showing me the right way to tone my abs.

You need to workout and to eat correctly to lose the weight in your midsection. You need to consume small meals four times a day. The Flat Belly Diet is a great resource to help you to lose weight. I just started the diet.

I write about my journey with the Flat Belly diet in my buzz blog in my sources.

One aspect you did not bring up in question was your personal work out and diet plan. Are you eating healthy and following good workout routine? If the answer to both is “yes” then one alternative may be plastic surgery. If surgery is the option you and your doctor feel is the best course of action there are two good options.
The first option is smart lipo which is a less invasive form of liposuction that has less swelling than liposuction as well .This option generally costs between $3000-$6000.
The second option is a tummy tuck. However, these generally are recommended for women after child birth that have some excess skin. In the tummy tuck excess skin and fat are removed and the muscles are tighten to provide a flat stomach. These generally cost between $4000-$6000.

    I hope this helped!!

To lose belly fat, you must first manage your food intake. For your diet, it is critical to eat 5-6 meals, every 3-4 hours throughout the day. Avoid greasy, fatty and nutrient dense foods. Instead, consume lots of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, low-fat dairy products, etc.

Next, focus on core exercises such as lunges, squats, deadlifts, swings and snatches with free weights or kettlebells. The important thing is to mix it up every 6 weeks or so. Throw in some interval training cardio and you should be good to go.

The source below has some great diet and exercise plans that can be done at the gym or at home with minimal equipment.
