What is a healthy way to drop 10 to 20 pounds in 4 weeks?

My husband is in Basic Training right now and he graduates in about 5 weeks, Oct. 17th, ive started eating healthy and exercising regularly to try and lose some weight before he sees me again, are there any special tricks to lose some extra pounds before he gets home?

    It sounds like your on the right track. Theres really no healthy tricks to lose weight. The healthiest way is to cut your caloric intake by 500 to 1000 calories depending on your normal intake. The best way to do this is by keeping track of your diet, this means write down everything you eat and how meany calories and grams of fat. I know this is a pain, but it works. This also helps you eat a balanced diet, which is important to losing weight. You need to make sure that you drink plenty of water, this will help in removing toxins. Also a lot of exercise, there are different levels of this where you burn different kinds of energy. The level at where you burn fat is somewhere around a medium jog. Your breathing should allow you talk and hold a conversation. I think the most important thing you can do is track your weight; weigh yourself often and write it down. Don’t get down if your weight doesn’t drop as fast as in the beginning, this is typical with most people. I hope this helps.
