How do I lose weight fast plus healthy?

I need to lose at least 50 pounds fairly quickly. I do a bit of strength training with free weights already, and I don’t eat a lot of food. I don’t want to kill myself, but I do need to lose the weight fast. Anyone have any good suggestions?

    Don’t eat so much, get lots of exercise. If you walk, include going uphill.

    Eat smaller portions of meat, (8 oz can be cut up into smaller servings), less carbo, no potatoes, rice instead, avoid fattening and baked foods.

    No cakes, frostings, whipped cream, butter. If you want ice cream, one scoop in a cone. No seconds! Eat as much veggies and fruits w/out syrup. You can have a cookie a day, if you like cookies but with peanut butter or oatmeal & raisins. No big portions of muffins, croissants, etc.

    No junk food. If you must, eat only a handful.

    For salad, don’t use creamy dressing, don’t add fattening croutons. Make your own honey, mustard dressing, or viniagrette (sp), there are some Italian dressings that are really tasty, go to recipes online or Olive Garden and use their recipe.

    I hate to exercise!

    exercise is required. But be careful. Sometimes you lose weight too fast can cause illness. Also keep eating oatmeal at least once a day can help you a lot. it gives you lots fibers to your body.
