What are some effective dieting tips that models use?

Are models vegetarians? Vegans? Etc, thanks:)
i’m not on about those proper anorexic model figures, i like the toned athletic figured type of ones.

    Sorry to tell you but most are photo shopped and touched up to make them look skinny! and also most are bulimic or anorexic.

    there probably not anorexic but only probably eat between 1000-1500 calories a day and do running and exercises everyday =]

    I suppose some are athletic and probably work out quite a bit – maybe using yoga or pilates to get that athletic look. In terms of diet – I think most just smoke as that suppresses hunger. Oh and a LOT of photoshop. But for the toned type, I think work outs like pilates and yoga
