Does anyone have some good dieting tips?

I’ve been doing 100 situps, squat thrusts & 50 push ups a night & walk a mile to two miles a day for a month. As well as that i’ve cut down on snacks, & ate less and more healtily at meals. But I’ve only lost 6lbs this month. And i was wondering if anyone had any good tips that would help me loose more quicker because it is happening too slowly for me.

in order to lose weight healthily, you should lose a maximum of 2 pounds a week, or even less if you have less than 20 pounds to lose. if you just stick with what you’re doing, the weight will come off eventually. if you lose faster than 2 pounds per week, then the weight will not stay off and you will end up gaining all of the weight back, plus more. i think you should stick with what you’re doing, you’re doing a great job!!

yes go and eat a burger
    tommorow eat as usual
one of the worst thing ,that body takes the diet ,loses then get used to it
never let your body get used to diet,,change the diet for day to 2 ,you will lose
    and be happy
then go back to the diet,
    did you get me

You should try this online diet called the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet (also known as the “Lose 9 pounds in 11 days diet”). I know so many people who are losing a LOT of weight on it. You don’t buy special supplements or special food, you choose the foods you like from a list on the website, then it generates an 11 day diet for you. You eat regular food, 4 meals a day…then get a 3 day period where you eat whatever you want….then the program generates a different 11 day diet for you. It’s a program that you pay for then get a username and password on their website.

My girlfriend got hers on Ebay for a really cheap price, but my boss paid like $40 online.

You may not be eating enough! I got stuck, like you, and started on the British Heart Foundation diet -it is so easy and I have lost 4.5 kgs in only a few weeks. Try it – details are on their website. Good luck!

the body likes slow changes so dont try and do to much at first and the do more every month or so
if you haven’t lost much weight it could be because you have gained muscle, muscle weights more than fat so it will seem as if you haven’t changed but you will have
use a tape measure and measure your body instead and you will see a more dramatic difference
and last but not least stay motivated by rewarding your self like having a lazy day where you can eat what you want or not eat the same as the diet, some of your favourite foods or something
    good luck

If you are losing weight, that is a good sign, and if you’ve managed to keep it up for a month, even better. You don’t want to gamble steady weight loss on a plan you can stick to for a quick fix – those kinds of diets are the ones that make you heavier in the long run. Try cramming in more fruit and veg – mix and match to make your meals more exciting – things like stir fries and ratatouille are yum! You will feel healthier and more enrgetic form the extra nutrients, keep your body busy digesting, which helps your metabolism and feel less inclined to fill up on other things. At the same time, add some faster aerobic exercise to your routine if you can, maybe just a faster walk, or cycling or swimming. I have a small aerobic trampoline that I have a bounce on for five minutes every morning. This gets your heart pumping faster and help you use up more energy. I would also try measuring yourself rather than weighing – your waist is bound to be slimmer after all those sit-ups, and you deserve to give yourself credit for that – muscle weighs more than fat and all your toning exercises will be building more muscle, which is a good thing. Good luck!

Water! You need to drink plenty of water when you’re changing your eating plans! I drink so much water, it’s a good thing that I work at homes some days and the toilet is handy!

Also, make sure you eat within an hour of waking up to kick start your metabolisim.
