Good exercising and dieting tips for a ripped upper torso?

I workout like swimming and sit ups and occasionally push ups. I don’t do weightlifting because I am still 13. But I am not good with the dieting. I eat like an elephant. Any tips out there?

    You cannot “rip” what isn’t there. Your first goal has to be to add lean mass and for that you add muscle by weight lifting. Thirteen is plenty old enough to start lifting weights. I’ll link you to a site that will help you figure out what exercises to build size/strength and what to eat etc.
