What are exercises I can do to lose weight, no matter what the weather is like?

Its supposed to rain all this week, and we are at that point that it could turn back into snow at any minute. But I really want to lose weight for summer. I’ve been running/walking everyday, but today the rain was just too heavy to even do that. What are exercises I can do indoors to help me lose weight? I want to lose 25 pounds by the middle of June! Also, my house is very old so I can’t really jump around in it, unless I’m down in the basement.

If you don’t mind being in the basement, jumping rope is a good way to get in some cardio. You could try the Shape Bikini Body workout DVD, one of my favorites – it’s a 30-minute cardio and strength workout that will definitely kick your butt.

you can stick to push ups and crunches. i guess you can also jog in place as boring as that sounds. just keep lifting your knees up.
