most effective way to loss abdominal fat?

I just had my second baby, and lost most of the weight, I’m at 135lbs, but I still have this ugly belly fat and I want to know the most effective way to lose it.

    Unfortunately, contrary to popular belief, there’s no way to “spot burn” fat. Meaning, if you want to lose fat, you’re going to lose it everywhere. There’s no way to target your stomach. The best bet is to stick to a steady diet + exercise plan.

    If the stomach muscles are so stretched out, they may not go back to being flat and no amount of situps, crunches, or dieting would help. Then you might be a candidate for a tummy tuck. If the muscle is still fairly tight and it is more of what we would call a “pooch”, exercise and diet could definitely help. Also, liposuction may help.
