Is there a way I can lose weight fast? I want to lose 32 pounds.?

I seriously want to lose weight fast. I haven’t dieted before and I don’t know how to go about it.. I am really scared to eat in case of putting on more weight and have been throwing up, It’s making me slightly miserable.
I can’t eat too fancy things either, my parents buy unheathy food and MAKE me eat..
(sorry for the awkwardness) but any advice or tips would be amazing, thanks 🙂

    okay….stop throwing up, and exercise. and try not to eat too much of the unhealthy food.

    DO NOT throw up!!! Its a horrible and not effective way to lose weight, just watch your portions and you’ll be fine.

    throwing up will put stomach acid in your esophagus and then you won’t be able to eat. just eat healthy foods in proper portions and drink water. you have to eat to lose weight. if you don’t, your metabolism will slow down and not let go of fat. eat what your parents buy if you have to, but don’t eat as much. eat half as much as you did before. maybe you could convince your parents that everyone would be healthier if you all ate right. don’t try to lose the weight too fast or you’ll just gain it back when you stop dieting.

    well you are asking too much with no effort… Sweety There is no gain with out a pain… Well you can dish up a huge salad for yourself for the dinner that is best taken before 8:00 PM. The best breakfast is 2 eggs with 3 toasts with a glass of juice. Lunch can be normal food that is cooked at home. Avoid Binging, and walk for 30 mins a day at least for 5 days.
    Eat Lots of fruits when ever u want to binge.

    First off, talk to your parents! Tell them that you want to start eating healthier. Let them know the kinds of food that you do want to eat (plenty of fruit and veggies, lean meats, whole grains). Cut down on any pop that you are drinking and drink at least 8 glasses a day!
    Start exercising!

    don’t throw up. I’ve been sick by throwing up and not by choice. It’ll be like hell throwing up everytime u eat. Excersize. Run for at least 20 min. a day. Do crunches. Leg raises.
