Is it bad to have noticeably lost weight?
I know that I have lost weight over a couple of months, but I haven’t really thought much about it. I don’t really eat much and I’m not trying to be on an eating disorder, but I just keep losing weight. About two days ago, my PE teacher was like “Dang girl you lost weight!” and I was like “Yeah I know”. Should I be concerned that she noticed that I have lost weight?

It’s always going to be noticable when you lose weight. Unless you lose like 1lb. Anything over 5-10lbs is noticable depending on height and weight.

Number 1: you don’t eat much. Number 2: you are probably exercising in your pe class and that is making you lose more weight. All I have to say is that you should start eating more to at least gain a little weight back and keep stable weight. Losing too much weight can cause serious health problems.
But if you are not eating enough because you do not have an appetite, there could be an underlying issues, and if this continues, you may want to consider seeing a doctor.
