Why have I lost a lot of my weight off my chest?

Since losing weight I have gone down from cup size D to cup size B!

Plus I lost a few off my waist, but literally nothing off my hips and thighs where I wanted to lose it.
Now you can see my ribs, but I still have fat thighs.
How can I stop this pattern of weight loss.

Boobs are one of the first things to go when you begin to lose weight. But don’t worry, keep doing what you’re doing and everything else will soon follow.

The obvious way to burn fat is to consume less and move more often, the difficulties appear when we actually try to put that into practice! There are plenty of temptations in the big wide world don’t you think?! I learned some good help by checking out the website in the box below, they have plenty of tips and tricks, I shed 7 pounds by following their techniques.

You sound like your body naturally carries more weight in the lower torso (or is pear-shaped), just like me.
Thigh fat is very stubborn when it comes to fat-loss.
And you most likely have naturally wide hips, which is a very feminine feature.
Your best option would be to accept that you naturally have curvy thighs & hips, and to stop thinking that area is “fat”.

Focus instead on firming up your lower torso area, by regular cardio & some strength training (doing squats, lunges etc)
And learn to dress for your bodyshape – knee-length a-line/flared skirts & low waisted boot-leg trousers, both in a dark colour, should help to make your body look more in proportion..

Chest is fat tissue. When you lose weight that is the first place it hits. Few off your waist probably makes you look so much better. Since your waist is smaller, it makes your hips and thighs look larger. Since your ribs are now visible. You do not have much of a problem. Look at yourself in the mirror and enjoy your new look. Your pattern can not be controlled. Try not to lose any more weight since you do not want your B cup to decrease anymore.
