I would like to loose weight fast?

I will be going to a wedding this summer and i need to loose some weight fast. Have any ideas on how to do so.

    Loosing weight fast has a lot to do with what you eat. in fact 80% of what you eat contributes to weight loss. and only 20% to exercises.

    Eat healthy foods and exercise. There’s no “fast” healthy way. Keeping track of the calories you eat each day can help you reduce your caloric intake. Go to the gym, or walk around the block etc., for a cardio workout. Also, strength training helps (remember muscles add on a little weight, [not in size, but number] but burn fat).

    Try eating only 1200-1500 calories a day. Or keep of track of your average daily calories for the week, then try to reduce intake after that.

    Don’t drink sugary drinks (soda, juice), cut out as much processed sugars as possible. Eat whole grains, lots of vegetable, some fruit.

    walk (walk, don’t run) as fast as you can during 30 minutes everyday; stop eating all those fatness americans eat (eggs, sausages, bacon…); change it for fruits in the morning (bananas mainly; four is enough, one apple, one pear, grapes at ease, avocado crushed with honey, one bread with cheese only…); eat enough vegetables in the breakfast and too little meat; in the dinner, eat a light meal.
    Don’t do this only for the wedding; do it for life!
