how can i loose weight fast and keep it off with out like going on a crazy diet?
i want to loose weight quickly but i dont want to go on like a hard out diet. ive tried excercising lots and drinking lots of water and stuff but yeah i dont realy know what to do..? please help! =]

It is a possibility to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight fast then you will probably put it all back on again just as fast. No magic pill or food will help. It is mostly your determination and knowledge of how the body functions. You need to have a calorie deficit. Here is the formula. (you weigh 180lbs, your ideal body weight lets say 150lbs) x 11 = 1650 calories per day is all you can take in. Now that number is for you to lay on the couch and rot your life away. Now lets say you now go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes every other day at a snails pace 1650 x 1.1 =1815 calories per day. now lets say you jog for 20 minutes per day 1650 x 1.2 = 1980, now lets step it up to an interval training 1650 x 1.3 = 2145, now interval train every other day with resistance training every day 1650 x 1.4 = 2310. As you see the more intense the workouts the more calories are needed to build muscle. It kills me to hear women say I don’t want big muscles (which they will never get unless your from Russia or taking steroids) yet they will drink gallons of soda diet just as bad and live with unattractive globs of fat. Life is too short and shorter if you just expect things to happen magically.
I can attest to this almost loosing my life, having bells palsy on my left side, not being able to walk or talk, broken collar bone, separated shoulder and numerous broken fingers and brain damage. One year later I trained myself to run a mile and a half in 9 minutes. I’m not bragging but what I’m trying to say is everything comes with a price so does living healthy set your mind to it and its yours. I know you want it or you wouldn’t be here asking questions, their are ton’s of resources on the internet to help and guide you. Good luck
