I want to lose weight fast and I was wondering if it would be too extreme to just start drinking just water?

I want to just drink water for a couple of days, even perhaps orange squash and water. How healthy would this diet be ?

    Crash dieting is vey unhealthy, if you don’t eat anything for a few days, and then eat again, your body will store all that nutrients and it will just cause more biuld up and storage of fats. So honestly, this plan sounds dumb. Cut back on your meat and sugar intake. See how that works.

    You could do it for one day, to give your stomach a rest, then just eat raw stuff for a few days, loads of carrots, greens, tomatoes, all salad stuff, nuts, and lean meats. If you cut out everything with flour in it, the weight will fall off you. But only do it for a week or two, then introduce it back into your system, but don’t overdo it.

    totaly unhealthy!! a way to loose weigtt is to portion size meals and drink 8 cups of water a day! and 45-60 minutes of excercize! if you need help portion sizing go to jenny craig i know people who did it and lost 24 pounds in 4 weeks!! just because they ate smaller portions. 24 pound is extreme but it shows you how to portion size things. and they tell you how to keep the weight of!

    If you don’t eat then your body will think your starving yourself and you’ll end up gaining more fat. Try lots of exercise, cut out ALL junk food. If you want to look slimmer just wear clothes that suit you body type well. Hope i helped 🙂

    * Change your diet so you are cutting out the crap & eat healthy food!!!

    * Join a Gym, get on that treadmill, rowing machine, Bike & plug in
    your I-Pod bang on some pick me up music e.g Rocky theme tune,
    Elton John, I’m still standing etc trust me it helps a bunch you won’t
    want too stop running lol Weight lift as well lol about 4 times a week
    & 1 day of Cardio & weekend of rest. Believe me those girls who
    wouldn’t give you a secound look will be all other you 🙂

    Working out is good for the mind as well as the body….

    No thats a bad idea !!, your body needs vitamins and minerals and more.. a simple diet of plenty of fresh fruit and veg is the best option, lots of exercise, low fat bread and a reduced sugar intake and plenty of water will do you a load of good !!!..

    May I ask why you need to lose the weight so fast? Maybe the reason for doing it is not worth it. I can’t really think of any reason I would want to do that. I certainly wouldn’t do it just to please someone else.

    The healthiest diet is no diet at all, just proper, sensible eating habits, with plenty of fruit and vegetables and not too much fried or sweet foods. Water only is for fish 🙂
