I need the quickest way to lose weight fast?

i need to lose some major weight
and need the quickest way to do it.
i want to lose at least 2 stone.
some suggestions would be much appreciated!
im only 15, therefor cant use tablets x

    whats 2 stone?? anyway if u want to lose weight you can start off by dieting; eat healthy and cut out any junk food. whenever you get hungry eat fruits or vedgies. try not to eat after 8 or 9. try to burn as much calories as you can so maybe go for a run, dance, walk anything. basically try to get active if you can go to the gym that would be good but if not you can just go for a jog whatever is easier for you. if you do all that its garunteed you’ll lose atleast 2-3 pounds a week 🙂 good luck

    I have followed this plan and I lost 11lb in 11 days, my stomach was getting flatter each day. You eat 4 meals a day and you get too each as much as you want .I know it’s hard to believe but it’s true I was full and contented and the weight was dropping off me .Can you believe it you hardly have to even exercise, you do have to drink water but if you can’t drink all the water it still works. You get a list of foods you tick which ones you like and it has generates a 11 day plan for you to follow I loved it. I am target now but if I put on a few pounds I just start the plan again, you can generate a different diet each time not to get bored with the same foods. This is the only diet I have ever done when I have lost that much weight in a small amount of time it is a miracle in my eyes.
    Do not use low carbohydrates, low fat, low calorie diets they do not always work. Learn the 10 rules to achieve massive weight loss. Do not spend hours on the cross trainer because you are going to be burning carbohydrates and not fat. If you brisk walk for 30 to 40 minutes a day then you will burn off the fat .On this diet you will be amazed in the results you get in just 11 days and that is a fact. This actually worked for me and I would love to share my success with as many people as possible. I love my new weight and I haven’t worn this size jeans since I was in school, and that’s going back a few years .I love the fact you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to lose body fat. I know you might this hard to believe but it really does work I lost 5lb in the first 2 days now that’s a miracle. Be prepared you wee a lot but hey I am not complaining.
    I found it easier to eat four meals a day and a pint of water with each meal, I know this sounds lot of water to drink but hey this really does work and be prepared to wee a lot if you find it difficult to drink this amount of water it will still work but you may not loss it so quick. You get to eat different types of food on different days to confuse you body .I never imagined I would loss this much weight in just a short amount of time , I have tried a few gimmicks and failed in the passed but I was over the moon when I reached my goal and got to wear tight fitted clothes.     Become a vegan and burn more calories than you take in.

    Also (whether you become a vegan or not), before every meal, eat four celery stalks and a handful of small carrots, then drink a large glass of water. Then, eat a balanced meal.
