I am currently dieting as I want to lose a stone in weight?
I am also doing 40 minutes cardio at the gym, every other day, which consists of 20 minutes on the bike and then 20 minutes on the running machine, waking very briskly. is this enough exercise to help me lose weight? I really dislike exercise and going to the gym but am making the effort to do this every other day.

weigh yourself every monday
if you havent lost weight reduce your daily calories by 10%
keep doing this until youre losing weight

thing is with dieting you have o stick to it for the rest of yor life if not youll just go back to the way you were in the first place, it all sounds good providing you have a balanced meal everyday and hardly any junk (not that you have to cu it completely), just keep going and youll lose it in no time 🙂
