I am 15 a female 5’8 and weigh 175lbs. I really wanna loose my belly fat quick. how can i do this ?
for the past two weeks i have cut back on my portion sizes and started to excercise a little bit each day. but i really wanna loose my stomach weight quickly so that i can have a flat stomach in the next few weeks. is there any suggestions?

what your doing is right. Have smaller portions, and do cardio for 30-60min. There is no fast weight loss system that is healthy, especially in 2 weeks. .. sorry
