How do i loose weight quick?

I’m wanting to loose about 9 or 10 pounds at the most so i can slim down a bit. I’ve been trying to cut down on food, exercise more and eat healthily and it’s just not working! The other day i skipped breakfast and all i had for dinner was some grapes and a banana and then i had jacket potato for tea. I went on a run and i managed to loose 2 pounds just over the 2 days. Then the next day i ate even less and put on 3 pounds? I don’t get it! How can i loose the pounds in one week quickly? would i have to starve myself, i know this is dangerous and very hard to do but i love food and i know that i wouldn’t get addicted to it and get an eating disorder. Please help!

    you are on the road to an eating disorder. if you eat more you will actually lose more. you can gain weight day to day because your body adjusts fluids. you can gain weight hour to hour just because of fluid and other waste. dont freak if one day you gained, because unless you ate 8000 calories you could not gain that much weight. so relax and give your body time and more fuel.

    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
    I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

    Don’t stress about it too much. Just count your calories, measure everything you eat and make sure it’s around 1200 calories a day. Do strenth training to make sure you’re keeping muscle mass as you lose fat. This will keep your metabolism going. Aim to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. The only way to lose weight is to do it gradually.

    WHAT you need to lose weight is a good balanced diet, and cutting of calorie intake !
    So lets say you have 1200 calories a day, try and burn about 500 by excersise.
    Get more active, drink atleast 2 litres of water a day, i keep a bottle with me so its easier now, i can drink one 250ml bottle in like a minute ! So i dont get as hungry.

    Breakfast is the most important meal, and so that should be your biggest, you should have dinner but like around 400 calories.

    Take long walks at least 30 minutes. You’ll be surprised how quickly the weight falls off.

    If you walk for more than 45 minutes, you’ll lose it even quicker because of changes happening to your body after you run . . . walk . . . bicycle . . . engage in any aerobic activity over 45 minutes.

    You can’t loose fat quickly, but you can loose weight,in the form of water and muscle quickly. I am assuming you want to loose fat. Fat is stored calories (food and drinks) that your body did not need. One pound of stored fat is 3,500 calories, so it is impossible to loose that quickly. Loosing a pound a fat a weeks is the best and safest way to do it. Thats 500 calories a day for a week. Eat small meals or snacks, every 2-3 hours so you never feel hungry. This will also help you burn calories through out the day more efficiently. Cut 200 calories a day from your diet and burn 300 a day with exercise (about 30 minutes of intense cardio will do it). I you loose any more weight, it is probably water and muscle.
