    ok if u want to lose ur weight u have Control ur eating habits like u have to stop or eat very less i mean very less burgers pizzas or any carbohydrate food.
    sugar is the main and important factor contribute 90% to Weight gian so important is stop eating foods which contain sugar cauz it contain tremendous calories it will increase ur Weight easily ]
    u have to stop eating chocolates cauz it has sugar
    then if u really want to loose weight and if ur so worried u have to add lime juice the water and drink it dont ADD Sugar to it . drink this two times a day it will help u loose ur weight as lime reduce calories. and u have to dance a lot even if u dance for half and hour it can burn 250 calories so moving ur body reduces weight
    drink lot of water believe it really helps in reducing weights i have all above things i have lost 6 kgs believe if u follow this u will definitely lose ur Weight
    this all above are easy to follow so u can try it

    hi im pretty much identical to ur height,age and weight and like you im trying do do a quick diet (though mines in time for the easter holiday) drink loads of chinese green tea (the stuff works wonders) and i generally try to et a very small breakfast and luch, salad fruit etc and then have an early and filling evening meal with no snacking in between. Ive been eating things like prawn&vegtable stirfry with small portions of rice and also (though it sounds silly) going to my room and dancing madly to music for about half and hour every night… also prepare carrot stix ect to snack on and chewing gum can ward off cravings too. hope it all works for you good luck 🙂
