How to lose weight and still keep the face glowing?
I have lost around 20 pounds and this has affected my skin and hair the most. My face looks pretty but does not glow like before and looks thin too, also my hair are nearly 1/2 of what they use to be. I had really long hair, still long but very thin. I still got to lose 8 pounds and gain some on my face to get the glow , what do I do? Is it possible to get back my fce and hair once I stop weight loss and start maintaining.

THE QUESTION IS HOW HAVE U BEEN LOSING THOSE 20 POUNDS THE GLOW CAN BE GON CUS OF UNHEALTHY DIETING SO TRY TO DO IT HEALTHY AND IT SHOULD COME BACK AND THE HAIR TO SIGNS OF UNHEALTHY DIET. DRINK SOME VITAMINS AND EAT LOTS OF FRUIT AND VEGIES

Eat fish, it is leaner than meat and it has the fats you need to look good. Eat a handful of nuts a day, it also has the fats you need to regain the “glow” you are referring to. In addition, drink water and keep eating fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Don’t be afraid to include healthy dairy products. If none of that works, you should probably see your doctor, you could have some nutritional deficiency. Eat avocado too, it has lots of vitamins and good fat.

Do Yoga in the morning from 6am to 8am daily for 2hrs. You will see the changes on 4th day onwards.
