drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don’t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you’ll gain everything back, trust me.
eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it’s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. eggs are also good when trying to lose weight.
skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.
if you feel hungry, but don’t want to over eat, chew gum. it’ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.
cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!
and don’t forget to exercise!
try jogging in place, jump rope, dancing, and hand weights. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.

Reduce your daily calorie intake by 500 calories. If you are an adult woman, you should be eating around 1,500 calories daily. Try to get in lots of cardio exercise, jogging/running/biking 3 or 4 times a week. You definitely don’t need a personal trainer to get in shape.

My brother bought like three diet books and he found one that works. I think it’s called the cheat to lose diet but it’s kinda expensive it’s like 20 or so bucks. It just tells him to eat every 2 or 3 hours. My bro has lost like 20 lbs in 1.5 months. He eats:
One apple with peanut butter
then some noodles
then more noodles
then chicken breast on the george foreman(20 or 30 bucks)
then more noodles

Haha, well I wouldn’t say that you could lose weight FASTER than her.
You don’t have to get a personal trainer, though it really helps. Just go to the gym three times a week and do about 30 minutes of cardio followed by some circuit training (working every muscle of the body using various machines) and then another quick 5 minutes of cardio and some stretches. After your workout, get a good high protein snack (25-30 grams of protein). On days you don’t go to the gym, do an hour of cardio. Stretch every day after you wake up and before you go to bed.
Also, when it comes to losing weight, exercise makes up about 20% while diet makes up the other 80%. Always eat a large, high protein breakfast, and eat every two or three hours. It is very important to not eat too much, for example after having a large breakfast of eggs and toast, a small bag of chips can be a snack, followed by a sandwich and some juice for lunch. Eat a large breakfast, very small snack, small lunch, very small snack, and then a medium dinner. Always eat protein after workouts and try to cut down on too many carbs and fats.
Also, if you have an iTouch or iPhone, I recommend getting the Lose It! application. It will help you diet by figuring out your daily caloric intake, and recommending ways to cut it down in order to lose a specific amount of weight in a specific amount of time, as well as track nutrients.

I’m trying to loose weight, actually I have been trying for the last six months… I’ve experimented with a lot of different things, but I think I finally found something that might work.

You don’t need a personal trainer to lose weight, and if you follow my advice you will lose more than her =) Losing weight fast and in a healthy way is not as hard as people think. In fact, it can be pretty easy. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I’m going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.
As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it 🙂
Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don’t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster. If you mix this in with the other things I’ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.
Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I’m at my goal weight now. You can try some diet and weight lose plan.
Do some exercise that you know, or you can buy a DVD that has Exercise guide…
