How to lose my fat fast?

It’s almost summer vacation and I want to use this summer to lose most of my fat. I do weight training but i have too much fat to show my muscles so i want to lose my fat so my muscles can show more. I’ll be in 9th grade after summer vacation so i want to lose my fat to show off my muscles. i try not to eat at night but i can’t because i get hungry, what are ways to stop my temptations.
i think i’m too young to diet. also how long will it take me to lose enough fat so that i can show my muscles. will 2-3 months be enough for me to lose enough fat to show my muscles. i don’t know how much fat i have.

    Do a lot of exercise but don’t starve yourself. Drink lots of water. Take out the food that you love the most but also try chewing your food slower and feel what you are eating instead of pigging out. Then hit the gym everyday but don’t do too much then you will get too tired to do other things.

    dont try not to eat.. just eat smaller..try to eat spicy foods cuz they null the stomach with less food

    Do something that makes you sweat a lot- jumprope for 30 minutes a day at least and cut out sugar and fat. Hit up a sauna at least once a week

    you need to run a lot and eat healthy at night. you could swim or use aerobic machines. you could eat fruits, turkey and vegetables or dairy products

    I have lost fat and have gained better health by following this and the other program I mention in My Profile.

    You will get everything you need by eating the following:

    Raw leafy green veggies (romaine, red and green leaf lettuces, kale spinach, etc)
    Solid green veggies – raw, steamed or frozen (asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, peas, peppers, etc)
    Non-green, non-starchy (beets, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etc)
    Beans/legumes – cooked, canned or sprouted ( chickpeas, pinto beans, black beans, etc)
    Fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, watermelon, etc)
    Starchy veggies (white potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, corn, carrots, etc)
    Whole grains (barley, millet, oats, brown rice, quinoa, etc)
    Raw nuts and seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc)

    Do not skip breakfast. Oatmeal with fresh fruit. No sugar or milk. Rice or almond milk is better. Smoothies can be good too, depending on what you put in it.

    You don’t have to eat eggs, fish or meat for protein. You can still eat them, but a huge salad with some chicken would be better.

    Don’t count calories or carbs. Diets and pills don’t work. Man made vitamins are just that “man made”. Man can not copy all the nutrients that are found in live foods. Raw leafy greens are the highest in nutrient density.

    Drink filtered water. City water may have added chemicals. Can you really trust bottled water?

    Pop is one of the worst things you can put in your body. Stay away from sugar, junk food and fast food.

    The normal person needs 60-80 grams of protein a day. We do not get that! Try cereal with wheat germ, nuts, fruits and veggies.
    Do not ever eat a hamburger, Fries or Fried Chicken.
    Salmon, Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Rice and Beans
    NO chips, cookies, cake, pie.

There are said to be food with negative calories, I don’t believe in this but they will definetly not add fat- blueberries, lettuce, celery, carrots, grapefruit, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, apples, strawberries, prettymuch any fruits or vegetables.

    if you are weight training, you might not be training hard enough.
    if you want to lose weight , try waking up at 6 running like 3 miles a day. When you are doing your sets, then dont stop your set because you get to a number, go until you physically fail and drop the weights but dont let them hit the ground really hard.

    and eat fruit and vegetables. dont inhale cheeseballs like i am right now. im just not weight training now.

    If you’re looking for dramatic changes, summer vacation alone is not going to change anything. Weight loss (even minor) takes time and patience to get a good result. I can’t answer the question you are looking for because there are no ways to effectively lose fat in the time given.

    Start jogging, and ONLY eat when your hungry. [Your body gets hungry for a reason, so don’t deprive it of the food it needs!] When you do eat, try to eat nutritious, high energy food. Try skim or 1% milk, lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts without salt, and lean meat. And remember, a few sweets are okay once in a while. Make sure you keep to a program, and don’t give up.     First, it’s not about “not eating” it’s about eating right. Cut out sugar (soda, junk food, etc), eat a good portion of meat (chicken and turkey are best for you), vegetables, and cut WAY back on carbs (pastas, breads, etc) You don’t want to deprive your body totally of carbs unless you supplement the nutrients with something off the shelf. Secondly, it sound more like you’re looking to tone. Burning fat will come if you just go through the motions of toning. When at the gym or running bump up the number of reps or the distance you’re running, and go DOWN a little on the weight. The most important thing I want you to understand is that not eating is not going to help you. Eat little portions throughout the day… maybe 6 very small meals/snacks (like fruit) a day. This should help you achieve what you’d like.

    Loseing it fast is never the right answer man. Eat healthy, don’t starve your self. Weight trainings is good an all, but to lose weight, you need to do some cardio, like running, swimming, bikeing ect. Do thise for about 30 min to an hour a day and you will notice a differance if you put the effort into it. You have to stay eating healthy at the same time. hope this helps.

    ok u want to drink water but too much will give you too much haha water weight i usually sweated out so dont worry about that as much.
    cardio cardio cardio its teh number one fat burner, run like no ones business that will kill the fat you run your ass off every day as long as you think you can without passing out and after a few weeks youll see a change. biggest thing is to believe in urself. u got muscles cuz u worked out you had to push urself do the same when you run! pick sumone who you hate or sumone u like that you wana impress and think of them 24/7. as for the night time eating i have the same problem. Man just fight that shit reach inside and find the inner power you posess and fight that urge.

    Don’t try to not eat, when you deprive yourself you might eventually go on a binge cause your so hungy and you will feel guilty, make healthy choices but don’t go to extremes. You should lose weight slowly, but don’t focus only on the number on the scale. Because you have muscle your weight might not drop very quickly.

    Do a little more cardio to burn some extra calories.
