Do not eat any carbohydrates. This means, cut out all fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, breads, sweets, and all dairy except for cheese for a short period. During this period, weight train intensively for over an hour a day, doing the heaviest lifts with as many reps and sets as you can all at once. Following this, do thirty minutes to an hour of cardio such as running on a treadmill. Do this workout before breakfast every day (no breaks). Following this method, you will probably lose 15 pounds within about two weeks. If you cut your calories slightly then this is more or less the fastest way to lose weight without starving yourself or chopping stuff off.
When you reach your target weight, introduce vegetables, nuts, and seeds to your diet. This will be your main source of carbohydrates for the foreseeable future. Don’t ever stop working out. Good luck.
