How quickly/how much weight can you loose if you eat considerably less for a few weeks?

like one meal a day?

i know its not the best way to go about, and i understand its not healthy, so please just say how much i could loose/how quickly. thanks.

    You will lose 5 or 6 pounds in the first week or so, but it will be excess water. Then your body will think that you are starving to death (which, technically, you will be) and your metabolism will slow to a crawl, making any actual weight loss almost impossible.
