How much weight can I lose in two months?

I’m planning on doing an hour and a half workout 3 times a week, eat healthier/less, for two months. My goal is to lose 15 pounds in that two months. However, its been a week since, and I’ve been losing 2 pounds, then after eating lunch or dinner, gaining that 2 pounds back. I feel like I’ll never be able to lose weight!! Is it even possible to lose 15 pounds in two months?

    This may sound crazy but if you take a multivitamin in the morning and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day this will help you loose the weight. Expecially if you are exercising. I would not weigh yourself so much. Just try and weigh yourself in the morning. I feel maybe there is too much concentration on your weight. You might also want to change the exercising to 30 minutes 5-6 days a week alternation from high impact to low impact every other day. This help the body work different parts and lets others get rest they need.

    go for a walk early in the morning. do as many sit ups as you can each day, u can do them while watching tv. if you ever get hungry, and u want something sweet grab an orange or sumthin. treat yourself to some ice cream or sumin every week. do a lot of starjumps everyday and drink as much water as you can.

    It depends on how much you weight now. If you are just overweight (not bigger) then it will probably be harder to lose the 15 lbs but if you are obese or above it will come off faster if you work hard and eat right.

    I don’t know if you have seen the she “the biggest loser” but sometimes they will lose up to ten pounds in a week. That is because they are very large and they are also working out about 6 hours a day and they have the Registered Dietitian and fitness instructors. So on that show it is definitely possible but if you are doing it on your own be careful….here is something for you to think about:

    1 lb = 3500 calories
    if you can burn 500 calories a day x 7 days = 3500 calories (one pound)

    Here is how I would recommend you to cut the 500 calories daily….burn 250 calories with a good workout. Get your heart rate up and you will burn the calories in less time. The other 250 calories a day I would cut it out of what you are eating. Think about how much you usually eat and then try to find a way to cut back by 250 and honestly that isn’t really very much.

Imagine what you could achieve in a month if you go at this pace. 52 pounds in a month, how does that sound. To me is sounds crazy. But i can do it and that is because I am very tolerent to pain and not eating very much. Some days I only used to eat vegetables al day long. Its crazy because I dont do anything. I dotn go to the gym, I dont exercise I just dont eat alot and go out with my friends all day long. When I reach about 6:00pm I eat a small meal the size of my palm and thats it. No breakfast, no lunch.

    I know it sounds extreme but I have lost of lot weight by doing it. I am 16 now and I weigh 107 pounds. When I was 15 I weighed I89 pounds. Sounds crazy doesnt it? And to think it took about 3 months to lose all that.
