How much weight will i lose a week if i eat 900-1000 calories?

I weigh 135 and im 16 5’4″ and i exercise 2 hours( ballet) 5 times a weeks. How much weight will i lose in a week? Please don’t tell me that im not fat, i feel like i need to lose weight, and es i have posted this question numerous time, i would like a lot of different opinions. Thanks!

    Well sorry but you aren’t, but it’s totally understandable if you want to get a little more in shape. And 900-1000 is not enough nutrition for your body, you need at least 1200 a day, or else over a long period of time your body basically starves.. especially with the exercise you’re doing.

    eat 1300 to 1500 calories per day. U will slow down your metabolism and won’t lose much if you starve.

    Like what the others have already said 900-1000 calories is VERY low. Also 1 week is not a lot of time and much of what you lose will be water weight.

    But if you really need to know, according to the calculator below you will lose around 3 pounds
