How much weight can i loose in 2 months ?

hey im 200 pounds 5’6 i was wandring if its possible to loose 60 pounds (30 in a month) ? I normaly sat at home and ate. Now i only wan tto drink water eat healthy food, i have a pool nd a new gym membership,, i cant wait to get started i know i loose weight quite quickly. Once when i was 170 i lost 7 ponds in a week . ps im a vegetarian. Nd plz no negative commments

    You are on the right track with joining a gym and changing your eating habits. To answer your question, NO you can not lose 30 pounds in a month. That would be terrible on your body. You can safely lose 2-3 pounds a week.

They even have it where you can log your meals for the day and see exactly how many calries you have consumed for the day. Just play around with that site, and you won’t be disappointed.
