How much time have to workout on fat loss at belly part per a day?
Hai,Iam daily workout on fat loss at belly part with using squat thrust and cardio exercise program.Here my question is HOW MUCH time have to workout per a day with these exercises to loss fat fastly and turn my abs into six pack ripped in six months of time?Please.

You need to get your body fat % down in order to have “abs” – if you’re a guy then that’s about 8%. Getting abs isn’t about doing situps, it’s about shredding fat and in order to do that you have to do lots of cardio exercise and eat right.

i would say 2 hours a day.. and any time you have to spare.
also by eating the right food.
lots of protien. no fatty foods.
