On its own little if any at all. It is proven to AID (as in not alone) in weight loss, but u wont see any significant results from green tea alone.
Diet and cardio are needed for weight loss, cant get around that.

Without changing your eating habits or your exercise habits, not enough to be significant. The metabolic effects of green tea aren’t enough to cause much weight loss alone…if any.
If you eat right (4 – 6 small meals a day also, instead of 3) and exercise, and drink the green tea, it may give your metabolism enough of a boost to help you lose a little more weight than you would have without drinking the tea.
A good weight loss program will give you 1 – 3 lbs/wk loss, while still having a good chance of staying off once you hit your goal and maintain your healthy habits.

The best way to burn fat is to consume less food and exercise more, the problems surface when we in reality attempt to put that into practice! There are loads of stumbling blocks in the real world aren’t there?! The only thing which clearly worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it clearly does produce results!

fat loss, I’m not sure…but you WILL lose some, b/c green tea speeds up your metabolism….here’s a great, yet short green tea article.
