How how how can i loose weight soon i am 128 kilos????

I am working and studing. i am 19 years old and i weigh 128 kgs i know its a lot but i want to reduce. i dont have time to excercise coz m alot busy the whole day… plz suggest something so tht i can loose weight quickly and fast and effectively… plz i need serious help!!!!

i want to look gud.. m tired of looking like a cow… plzzz help me

    My brother is 12 he weighed 260 lbs and is 5’9 . He went on a lower carb diet but still eats fruit and veggies he just took out break and pasta and very high car things and uses a sugar substitute instead of sugar . If you drink any sodas switch to diet . Do small steps each month try to do better .Weigh yourself 1 x a week nor more no less . And if you are too shy lazy or busy to do exercise find a place you an walk 10 mins . For example if you have a store close to you walk to the store instead of driving if you do that 6 x’s a week just for 10 mins you will have done an our of exercise a week ! Awesome huh . My brother has been on this diet for 2 months he has lost 40 lbs!
