How do you lower your body fat percentage?

Not weight loss, but body fat. Is it carbs, sugars, or body fat that I need to watch out for in my meals assuming I already workout?

    Sugar=carbs, and if you already workout before meals, and not after, then those carbs will go to fat eventually
