How do I lose weight and still drink beer?

I drink Beer every night to relax. I know it is a bad, fatty, habit. I like to drink a few every night. I need to know how to lose weight with out giving up my budweiser!

When I was younger I used to go on beer diets to lose wait. I would just drink water or a soda and eat a small breakfast. Soda or water with a very light lunch and then nothing the rest of the day but beer when I got hungry and sometimes thirsty. As I got older (closer to thirty) I began drinking more beer which in turn meant that I had to give up more food. This worked for about the next five years to keep the weight down untill I was 33. To make a long story short I had almost entirely replaced solid food with beer. I ate only once a day and it was usually an egg mcmuffin in the morning or a mcd’s little double cheeseburger at night. I ended up at the doctors office. The beer diet worked but as I got older my body started to pay for it. Too much beer and other carbohydrates will mess up your pancreas and screw up your blood sugar, so whatever you end up doing be careful. My wife and I go through about 6, thirty packs a week. I have a huge beer belly to prove it. I’m hooked on the stuff.

My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on a variety of websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be really appreciated!
