If i ate very minimal food and still drank coke and drinks with calories in, can i still lose weight fast?

Don’t tell me im being stupid/unhealthy cos i know. I eat lots of vegetables n low calorie foods but cant stop drinking coke, will this hinder my diet?

    It’s not the cals in the coke that are hurting you it’s the sugar. There are 40 grams of sugar in the average can coke! Now how healthy do you think that is.. not very. I lost about 7 lbs just by cutting out cokes. I was told that if you can go 2 weeks with out cokes that you should be craving them anymore. So take them out of your house and don’t put your self in the situation that you might get your hands on one. Good luck

    YES it will hinder your diet…unless you get diet then the calories in a can of Coke (330ml) is 139kcal all from sugar but there’s no fat but no nutritional value or vitamins either…i’d rather have something nice to eat and drink water 😉

    If your input of food is minimal and low in calories, then obviously drinking sugary drinks will bump up your calories (mind you, Coke only has 42kcal per can!), but not by much. Why not try Coke Zero which has zero calories?!
