how do i loose weight?

i am 160 pounds , i have a 13 in womens, i dont know what to do. how can i loose weight quickly and healthily?

    You need to tell your age, height, weight. I am 145 give or take days, but I am 58 and post men…I am also 5’2. This stuff counts. I do have a treadmill in my house. I eat celery, carrots, tuna, milk, cheese, apples. A good dinner at night, I try to avoid fried foods. But I still weight 143 lbs. I don’t lose it. It’s because my something is out of wack. You have to get your metaboliam in tack. Dr. Phil is a good source.

    Walking for 30 consecutive minutes helps and when you get used to it start a jog working your way to running. As for your eating habits you should not eat anything White. Beginning with sugar, milk, butter, flour, bread, and rice. So candy and sodas out of the question especially dairy foods like ice cream. This is what you should eat VEGETABLES, SOUP, SALADS, AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
