How do i gain muscle taking whey protein?
Im 16 and have just started taking whey protein. Im 150 lbs and not very strong or have that much muscle and i am looking to gain muscle for football? How do i do this? What exercises?

if you are taking whey protein that is a dietary supplement you should take it 3 times through out the day once in the morning once in the evening and once at nigh.
or take it 2 times a day and the third time take it right after working out.
whey protein will help you Develop amino acids which will help you build muscle but not gain it if you want to be hughe and strong you need to take cretin but whey protein is dietary supplement. so take it every day 3 times a day.

I was able to go from 135 lbs to 175 lbs in one summer. I ate like a horse, made sure I ate at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, and I used Mike Mentzer High Intensity training routines (AKA heavy duty).

Now here is my whey protein schedule
Right out of bed 50 gram shake/smoothie
Immediately after workout 50 gram shake/smoothie
Right before bed 50 gram shake/smoothie
Then sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night, I will go to the kitchen and have another 50 gram shake/smoothie.
This blows up recovery and puts the mass on quick!
