(no protein shakes, or suppliment pills, only good meals through out the day

my advice is to not listen to the “vggt” or whatever it is. you also have to take into account that you’re going to be replacing fat with muscle, so stepping on the weight scale won’t tell you what you need to know. as more the lbs, around 16
