Best muscle building supplements to start on when working out?

I have never taken muscle supplements before besides basic whey protein. I have been working out for a good time now. I wrestled all four years throughout high school. I am 19 years old 5’6 135lbs. What’s a good work out supplement to start out on? I want to gain muscle mass and weight. Not a lot of fat.

    Honestly I would just stick to the whey protein. Everything else is pretty much a waste of money. Maybe try creatine? like NO Xplode and see how that works.

    I take Whey (of course), Glutamine, Arginine AKG, and Beta Alanine (all powder).

    Glutamine- Releases growth hormone about 30 minutes after you ingest it (it release 400% regular hormone levels for about 90 minutes).
    Arginine- Increases muscular endurance, increases recovery time and workout intensity
    Beta Alanine- Delays muscle fatique, pumps more blood into you muscles resulting in bigger gains per workout.

    This is just a general overview but I highly suggest these products as I notice a great difference in my workouts and muscle gains while taking them. If you want to buy them cheap check out (that’s where I purchase mine from, best value I have found so far).
