How do i cut my chest fast? (i mean like lose the fat, not literally cut).?

I have a little bit of fat around the nipple area, at the bottom of my chest. Everything else is fine. Like the upper, outside, inside. thts all fine. i need an exercise which doesnt use any equipment, somethin i can do whenevr i feel like it, like pushups but the only problem with pushups is tht it doesnt focus on the bottom of the chest. i cant do dips bc i dont hve the equipment. its really annoyin bc it wont go away. i just need to lose tht little bit thn im ready for the summer. i need somethin tht will burn it off fast. nd not surgery or somethin like tht. pliz help

    Unfortunately, we cannot “spot reduce” fat from our bodies. That is, the fat you lose will be lost evenly throughout your body with overall excersize and diet, not just the particular area you are excersizing. I recommend Cardio and diet. Cardio and diet.
