How did you lose weight fast?

Spring break is in about 4 weeks. I want to lose about 10 pounds and shape up for my bikini! Did anyone lose weight or atleast see small results after three weeks? and how? thanks!!

    I’ve been on so many different diets. The only way that’s worked for me is eating right (2-3 meals, chew each bite 20 times for it to digest so your body can decipher the fat and carbs from the nutrients), excersise an hour a day, drink plenty of water instead of soda (that’s an instant solution, many people lose weight rapidly from that alone).

    There is no quick fix to lose weight. It’s hard work and determination. Good luck.
