I will travel next week and as everybody know that a girl should look in the best way she can so i need to loose weight so fast and i am about 5 feet and 0.7 inches and 44 kilo and i am also addicted to pepsie so please help me to loose weaight so fast

    Step 1. Quit drinking Pepsi. Not good for you at all. Slow down to Diet sodas and move your way into water. It’s good if you can get addicted to water. About 300 situps a day slimmed me up pretty quick. Lost 2 inches from my waist in about two weeks. After 6 weeks I lost 20 lbs.

    well it depends on how much you want to lose but there is no really healthy quick way you could just eat 6 times a day in small amounts and very healthy things, quit drinking pepsi. to look good you have to sacrifice things you love. go bike riding, walking, running, sit ups, crunches etc.
