How can I lose weight quickly off my thighs?

I’m 16, 5’7″ and 110 pounds. But I hate hate hate my thighs. They seem so fat to me and I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried not eating for a few days but that only makes my already thin waist shrink down. Throwing up does the same. Is there any exercises that are easy and work specifically on legs? Thanks so much.

    go to a local gym and exercise! your not fat just wide, working out evens it out and find thigh exercises on the web and do them at home also

    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    Side Lunge Slide
    Stand with feet hip-width apart, left foot resting on a paper plate.
    Bend the right leg while sliding the left foot to the side, torso
    upright and abs in. Slowly slide left foot back to starting position,
    repeating 8-12 times. Switch legs and repeat for 2-3 sets.

    Lunge Slide
    Stand with feet hip-width apart, left foot resting on a paper plate.
    Bend the right leg while sliding the left foot back into a lunge
    position, keeping the right knee behind the toe, torso upright and abs
    in. Slowly slide left foot back to starting position and repeat 8-12
    times. Switch legs and repeat on each leg for 2-3 sets.

    Front One-Legged Squat
    Stand on a step or small platform. Lift left leg out in front of step
    and bend the right leg, bringing the toe of the left foot to the
    floor. Touch the floor lightly and keep the knee of the bent leg in
    line with toes. Straighten the right leg and repeat 8-12 times. Switch
    legs and repeat for 2-3 sets.

    Chair Squat
    Stand in front of a chair with feet hip-width apart, abs in and torso
    straight. Slowly bend your knees and lower and until you’re almost
    touching your butt to the chair. Hold for 2-3 seconds, knees behind
    the toes, and straighten. Repeat for 12-16 reps, 2-3 sets.

    Heel Drops with Leg Extension
    Stand on step or platform with left leg on the step, right leg
    hanging off the side. Bend the left leg and lower the right foot
    towards the floor (a few inches). Straighten the left leg and bring
    the right leg out to the side, foot flexed, in a leg extension. Repeat
    8-12 times, switch legs for 2-3 sets.

    Hip Extension
    On a flat or inclined step or platform, lie facedown with hips on the
    edge of the step, legs straight out behind you with toes resting
    lightly on the floor. Squeeze the glutes and hamstrings and straighten
    the legs until they are level with the hips. Hold for 2-3 seconds, and
    lower letting toes lightly touch the floor. Repeat for 2-3 sets of
    8-12 repetitions.

    Maybe it is in your genes. You are very thin and should embrace your body while you are young…Not eating and throwing up at your young age is only causing you damage that could be lifelong. Eat healthy and stay active and you will be just fine. 5’7″ – 110! Wear it proud girl!

    I got the same problem and nothing has helped me and ive gone to the gym and all that stuff I just got my legs to tone up as in not jiggle but they were stilll huge

    i made myself sick to try to shrink my but. trust me, BIG mistake! i also starved myself but that makes things worse. it’s the worst thing you could do to make yourself sick and starve yourself. i used to envy people like you for being so skinny but your too self centered to stop and think that it’s people like you that has made young girls like me the way we are. how could kids think their weight is ok when people like you who are thinner than us complain about how fat YOU are?

    i’m 14 years old, slightly anorexic, and full blown bulimic and battle with it every day. DO NOT CONTINUE DOWN THIS ROAD!

    your hair falls out, your metabolism slows way way down,you feel faint all the time and as soon as you stop you put on twice as much weight. i’m probably telling you things you already know, the same with when i was told, but honest, it’s not cool, and it’s no quick fix. you think you’ve got control of it? that you can stop whenever you like? you think this, but have you actually tried to stop?

    i used to think that i could make myself sick, drop a few pounds and stop, but i was wrong. i can feel my ribs and have terrible heart pain.

    did you know that by making youself sick your bringing up your
    stomach acid? and it rots away at your insides and your teeth and heart.

    stop it now before it takes control of your life.

    please stop now, don’t end up like me.
