How can I lose weight over the winter?

I want to lose about 50-100 pounds over the winter holiday
I have been drinking Titles Green Tea Non cafanated with all natural Honey, some people say that makes you lose weight. Also I want to start doing 30 minutes of DDR Supernova a day.
What kind of super foods could I eat to lose weight?
What could I do to shed off those extra pounds

    try going to the gym..and when you eat..try not to eat a big meal but a smaller one and chew your food slowly to devour the taste

    Over the winter holiday?! Be realistic. That isn’t possible and it’s not healthy.

    If you want to lose weight you have to understand that it’s going to take some time. You have to eat healthy foods and in moderation – while it is okay to add in a few of Your favorites, don’t over indulge.

    You have to exercise as well. DDR might be fun and something you can include in your life daily – it’s not going to cut it. If you really want to lose weight you need to do 20 minutes of true cardio a day. Another good thing to do is muscle confusion – so throw in a bunch of different activities. Maybe one day you go for a walk – the next day you ride your bike – the following day you do a 20 minute work out video.

    Just eat normal food. It is unhealthy to eat only a certain type of food. Normal food on a liberal diet and alot of exercise will shed pounds easily. DDR is a good way to lose it too. I have it and do expert/challenge mode and it is quite a workout.

    Focus on lean protein, veggies, wheat pasta and brown rice. Try and eat smaller more frequent meals say 5-6 a day. This will increase your metabolism and promote fat loss. Combine that with your exercise and you’ll get there!

    my mom went on weight watchers and it really works and you get rewarded with key chains and ribbons it really makes you feel good about yourself and its fast and easy and it works around your schedule you go to a meeting once a week no specific days and if you lose a certain amount of weight and keep it off you can become a life time member!!!

    Some tips that has helped me are: cutting out excess salt in my diet i reduced salt intake it helps to reduce water retention in the body then in my dinner i have cut out carbs i have only white meat and veges for dinner.

    have lots of small meals raw veges and fruits and home made vege soup.

    Exercise smart and eat smart

    Exercise smart = running in the morning…so your metabolism stays elevated throughout the day.
