How can I lose weight easily and healthy before the start of school next year???

Im a 15 year old girl and i have a lot of things to do, and i really want to lose weight before the start of sophmore year– so i can surprise everyone and feel better about myself. I need to know how i can lose weight easily and that wont change my life style. I also dont want any special kind of diet like sugarbusters of something and i might have some time to excercise, but i need tips. so can u guys please help me!!
i also want to lose about 35-45 lbs. thanks!
or 40-50 depends on how long his takes.

also my dad lost like 30 lbs in like 3 months but he is a guy and girls dont lose as much and as fast as men so will this be a problem?

    There is no easy way to lose weight and to NOT to gain that weight back the following months. You have to eat less calories and do some cardio (bike, jogging, etc..). It’s the only way to lose weight and be healthy.

    How much do you weigh? You only need to truly worry about such things if you are overweight. The best way would simply to eat healthy, eating apples and drinking water instead of mcdonalds and coke will do.

    But take note, if you are not overweight do not try starving yourself. Trying to become a ‘size zero’ will lead you on a path you don’t want to go down. Anorexia is a very dangerous path.

    Well the bad news is you are goin to have to change your diet.

    Eat less junk and more fruit, vegetables and lean protein.
    Do not skip meals, it wont work.

    Eat breakfast every day, that will kick start your metabolism and try and eat small meals through the day as opposed to three meals.

    And don’t deny yourself, if you want chocolate for example have some. Everything in moderation.

    the other big thing is you’re going to have to get active. 30 mins of activity a day should help you reach your goals. Try if you can to do some muscle building as well as cardio.

    Try not to focus on the number of pounds but how you look and feel it is a more realistic goal
