How can I lose fat very quickly and efficently ?

I am currently 15 , about 5’3″ and I weigh 142. What are exercises Ivan do tohelp reduce my body fat quickly but making it stay off ?

    i am about 5’6″ and 120. used to be chubby but i started working out daily and it really tones up my muscles. jogging is very good and squats, push ups, ect.

    don’t eat a lot meat (especially red meats) and eat a lot of fruits and veggies

    Best thing for burning fat is intense cardio. Running/jogging, swimming, etc. When done with a healthy diet the fat will come off quite quickly. Keeping it off is up to you. If you continue to eat healthy and get regular exercise it won’t be a problem.
