How Can I Lose Belly Fat In A Short Time?

Got any advice on how to lose some belly fat in a short amount (like a few months) of time?…Besides doing sit-ups and stuff…what should i do?

    Diet is number 1 eat 6 small meals a day to boost matabolism. Do alot of cardio also, and dont give up look at it has good exercise routines

    best way to loose belly fat is walking. walk at least three miles per day. walk at a brisk pace after you get built up to the three mile distance and i bet you in a month you will loose two inches of the belly or more . you have to do it at least 5 days a week and if you wanna do it faster do it 7 days a week.

    and do simple crunches
