Hello! It is unfortunate that the media has us buying into this quick fix gimmick. It really upsets me, and I think we, the consumers, know better. The BEST way to lose weight is to build a training program that includes cardiovascular training, muscular strength and endurance, and healthy nutrition.
There is no rushing the process. It takes hard work, consistency, and discipline over a period of time. If you incorporate these changes, you can look to lose between 1 to 3 pounds a week. Quick fixes don’t work. I hope this helps.
