    if you can find a fence with an open gate and a bar across the top- do pullups. do some squats and lunges for ur legs.

    You could try to do push-ups every day, that really helps you to develop the arms and the chest. It may be hard to do them at first, but after a few times, you’ll find it very easy and you could try to do more each day.

    Additionally, you can go running. I did that every afternoon during my holidays, running in the beach, and it really helped me to develop my lungs/breathing. I ran like four or five miles a day.

    use soup cans and stuff like that to lift but lean over and raise them over your back. and for the thighs i would suggest trying some squats with a little bit of weight

    whats a really good excersise for your thighs…(this is going to sound really stupid) but jump up and down! bend your knees, then push up. as for your arms, do 10 full-body push ups everyday. as your arms get stronger, increase the amount of push ups. do the push ups as well as you can. don’t put your butt up too high, but don’t sink your budy down too much. you really don’t have to have a gym pass to look good! but please, honestly you can’t lose too much weight in that short amount of time. really, you barely start to see results in 2 weeks. so just be patient, and don’t get discouraged. i’m cheering 4 ya!
